We sell digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped, and no courier or postal delivery is involved. Your report is delivered to you by email as a PDF file.
1. What is delivered
Your order is a written astrology report supplied as a PDF document. There is no printed copy, no physical package and no physical shipment of any kind.
2. How it is delivered
The report is sent as an email attachment, or as a secure download link, to the email address you enter at checkout. Please make sure that address is correct and that you can receive attachments at it.
3. Delivery timeline
- Order confirmation — sent immediately once your payment is successfully processed.
- Report delivery — ordinarily within 24 hours of a confirmed order.
- Maximum — should anything delay preparation, your report will be delivered within 72 hours at the outside, and we will email you to explain the delay.
Timings run from the moment payment is confirmed, not from when the order form was opened. Orders placed on public holidays may take slightly longer.
4. Delivery charges
There are no delivery, shipping or handling charges. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.
5. Where we deliver
Because delivery is by email, we can deliver worldwide. Orders and prices are in Indian Rupees.
6. If your report has not arrived
If you have not received your report within the timelines above, please:
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders — automated emails with attachments are often filed there.
- Confirm that the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
- Add jyotishdarpan16@hotmail.com to your contacts so future emails are not filtered.
If it still has not arrived, email us at jyotishdarpan16@hotmail.com or call +91 92841 22357 with the email address and phone number used at checkout, and we will resend it promptly.
7. Incorrect email address
If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us with the correct one and we will resend the report at no additional cost. We cannot be responsible for a report delivered successfully to an address you supplied incorrectly.
