Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains our position on cancellations and refunds. Please read it before placing an order.

1. Why orders are non-refundable

The report we produce is a custom digital good. It is calculated from the specific birth details you submit and written for you alone. It cannot be resold, reused or returned, and work on it begins as soon as your order is confirmed. For that reason we do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are ordering a personalised digital product and you agree to waive any right of cancellation that would otherwise apply.

2. Where we will put things right

Although we do not refund, we will not leave a genuine problem unresolved. Contact us and we will correct the following at no additional cost:

• Report not delivered. If your report has not reached you within 72 hours of a confirmed payment, tell us and we will send it. If we are genuinely unable to deliver it at all, we will refund you in full.
• Wrong birth details entered. If the date, time or place of birth was submitted incorrectly, tell us and we will re-run the chart with the corrected details and send a revised report.
• Corrupted or unreadable file. We will resend the PDF in a working format.
• Duplicate payment. If you were charged twice for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded in full.

3. What is not a ground for refund

To be clear and fair about it in advance, the following do not qualify:

• Disagreeing with the interpretation, or not liking what the report says.
• An event described in the report not occurring, or not occurring when indicated. Astrology cannot guarantee outcomes and we make no such promise.
• A different astrologer reading your chart differently.
• Changing your mind after placing the order.
• Not reading or not downloading a report that was delivered successfully.

4. Cancellation by us

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason — for example, if the birth details supplied are incomplete and you are unable to provide them — we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

5. How approved refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved under sections 2 or 4 above, it is processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 working days of approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically a further 5 to 10 working days.
