2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and your own, or that you have permission to provide it on behalf of another person.
3. What we provide
We prepare a written astrology report based on the date, time and place of birth you submit, using classical Vedic (Parashari) methods. The report is delivered as a PDF document by email.
The report is a written document only. It does not include a live consultation, telephone or video session, ongoing correspondence, remedial recommendations, or any follow-up service unless separately agreed and paid for.
4. Nature of the service — please read carefully
Astrology is a traditional interpretive practice. It is not a science and it does not produce verifiable predictions. Our reports set out what the chart indicates according to classical astrological principles, and are provided for guidance, reflection and personal interest only.
- We make no guarantee that any event described in a report will occur, or occur within any period stated.
- Reports are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or matrimonial advice, and must not be relied on as such.
- Any decision you take after reading a report is your own decision and your own responsibility.
- Differences of interpretation exist between astrologers and between traditions. Our reading reflects the method we use.
5. Orders and pricing
The price of the report is shown on the sales page and at checkout, in Indian Rupees. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already placed and paid for.
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any amount paid for that order will be refunded in full.
6. Accuracy of the details you provide
The report is calculated entirely from the birth details you submit. You are responsible for their accuracy. If you provide an incorrect date, time or place of birth, the resulting report will not reflect your chart.
If you realise you have submitted incorrect details, contact us at once at jyotishdarpan16@hotmail.com. If we have not yet prepared your report, we will correct the details. If we have already prepared and delivered it, we will re-run the chart with the corrected details and send a revised report at no additional cost, at our discretion.
7. Delivery
Reports are delivered by email, ordinarily within 24 hours of a confirmed order. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Each report is prepared individually from your own birth details and cannot be resold or reused. Orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable once an order is placed. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy in full before ordering.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking details. Your use of the payment gateway is also subject to that provider's own terms.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics and layout — and the reports we produce are the property of Jyotish Darpan and protected by applicable law. Your report is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit it.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any other user's information.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision taken in reliance on a report.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Privacy
Our handling of your personal and birth information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.
